Cookie Diet

It’s everyone’s dream, right? Lose weight by eating cookies. Of course, it’s not that simple. The “cookies” are more like rounder lower calorie Power Bars or Luna Bars. They contain whole wheat, bran, rice, oats, natural fiber, proteins and other substances. There is also some secret formula of amino acids that will help suppress the appetite. The plan calls for eating 6 cookies a day, to be eaten not as meals, but whenever you are hungry and a dinner of read food, consisting of some lean protein and a cup of vegetables.
