In a previous post we talked about trying the Zone Diet by yourself, meaning without paying for the ongoing support. This has suddenly become an important part of my life. I’ve lost a good deal of weight over the past few years, but things are creeping back up again. Financially I’m in no condition to be paying for a monthly gym membership or diet plan membership. So, I’m going it alone.

For the next week I’m going to spend some time looking through all of the products and information I have to figure out how to get started. Then I’ll be posting updates via our Twitter account – twitter.com/katensteph. I will also try to post a weekly update of what happened and how I’m doing.
