The plan itself is simple. For two meals a day, eat a 1 cup serving of the cereal with fruit. You can eat any of the cereals within the Special K line from Kellogg’s: Special K, Special K Fruit & Yogurt, Special K Low Carb Lifestyle, Special K Red Berries, and Special K Vanilla Almond.
